In philosophy, reality is the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent within a system, as opposed to that which is only imaginary.
The term "reality" is also used in:
1. Reality TV - a genre of television programming that documents unscripted real-life situations
2. Virtual reality - a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world
3. Augmented reality - an interactive experience of a real-world environment
