CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Party A], with its principal office at [Address], and [Party B], with its principal office at [Address].
1. Definition of Confidential Information: For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean any data or information that is proprietary to the Disclosing Party.
2. Obligations: The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third party.
