什么是supersaturate？
supersaturate 是一个动词，意思是“使（溶液）达到过饱和状态”，也就是让一种物质在溶剂中的浓度超过其正常溶解度，形成一种不稳定的状态。
通俗来说，就是“加到不能再加了”。比如，把糖加到水里，直到再也无法溶解为止，这就是“过饱和”。
